BERRIES NATION PTY LTD collects personal information needed for employment onboarding, payroll, taxation, superannuation, work-right verification, workplace safety and employment records.

Information we collect

This may include identity and contact information, TFN declaration information, bank and superannuation details, work-right evidence, emergency contacts, confidential work-capacity information, induction results, declarations and signatures.

How it is protected

Sensitive drafts are saved server-side. Access to TFNs, bank details, health information and identity documents is restricted by role. Private files are not published through permanent public links. Sensitive access and changes are audited.

Access and corrections

Use the Help page to contact the configured privacy contact. Authorised staff can issue a limited, expiring correction link. Stronger verification is required for legal identity, TFN, bank, health and work-right changes.

Retention

Records are retained or deleted according to applicable legal duties and BERRIES NATION’s configured retention policy. Official contact details and the full policy will appear here once supplied by the company.

This portal is separate from VIC MANPOWER, HMP Recruitment and all other company portals. It does not share employee data with them.
